What is the minimum quantity for custom orders?
Our custom orders are crafted in small batches, with a minimum requirement of 9 bars per order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We require an 8-week lead time for all custom orders. This allows for the careful production of your batch, plus the 4–6 weeks each bar takes to fully cure. This patient process ensures the high-quality, long-lasting soap we’re known for.
What is the cost for custom orders?
We offer two types of custom services to suit your needs:
- Custom Formulations (Allergies & Aversions): For batches requiring the substitution of specific ingredients, a 10% premium is added to our standard retail price per bar.
- Event & Gift Customizations: A flat $35 Consultation & Design Fee applies to these orders. This covers your personalized label design and the curation of a unique scent or aesthetic for your special event. Individual bars are charged separately at their standard retail rate.
Can I choose a scent that isn't in your current catalog?
Absolutely. We love exploring new fragrances and essential oil blends during the consultation process. Please note that sourcing specific ingredients outside our standard inventory may impact the final price and/or lead time.
When is payment due for custom orders?
Because each custom batch is created specifically for you and requires an 8-week commitment, full payment is required upfront. This allows us to begin the formulation and soapmaking process for your unique order.
Can I provide my own packaging or labels?
We maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and legal compliance by using our own in-house packaging. We are happy to customize the text and design on our standard paper bands for you! Please note that we print exclusively in black ink on our signature paper stock to ensure a clean, timeless look for your favors.
