Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a bar of soap has left our studio. We want you to love your "Trace" experience, so if there is an issue with your order or you are unhappy with your selection, please reach out to us at megan@traceofyou.com so we can make it right.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong fragrance, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and ensure a replacement or refund is processed right away.

Custom Orders As noted in our FAQ, custom batches are handcrafted specifically for your vision and require an 8-week commitment. Because these are unique formulations or designs, custom orders are non-refundable once the pouring process has begun.

Refunds If a refund is approved (for damages or order errors), it will be automatically processed through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
