SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our artisan soaps. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device settings. Because our products are handcrafted, no two bars are exactly alike. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS Trace of You, LLC reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process payment. Please review your order carefully, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted due to our small-batch fulfillment process. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and will pay all charges incurred, including shipping and handling and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY Trace of You, LLC is powered by Shopify. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Trace of You, LLC. You release Shopify from all claims related to your purchases.
